Dr. Johnn M. Aloia
Dr. Johnn Aloia has been practicing dentistry since 1973 when he began his career as an associate in a practice in nearby Woburn. He received his undergraduate degree in Biology at Fairleigh Dickinson University in 1969 , and his D.M.D. degree in 1973 from the University of Pennsylvania in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania. Dr. Aloia assumed the practice of Dr. Garry Feldman here in Burlington in 2004, and Burlington Family Dental was born. Having practiced in many different dental environments, he prefers this group practice setting with both general dentists and specialists providing our patients with the highest possible level of dental care. Dr. Aloia is a member of the American Dental Association, and the Middlesex District Dental Society. He lives in Newbury, Massachusetts with his wife Lara, and children Olivia and John. An accomplished musician and producer, he also enjoys playing and recording music,cooking, and family life.
Dr. Garry L. Feldman
Dr. Garry Feldman graduated from Hull High School, the University of Pennsylvania, and New York University College of Dentistry. He then completed a General Dentistry Internship at Michael Reese Hospital in Chicago. In 1978 he was awarded a Fellowship in the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Feldman has practiced in Burlington, MA since 1975. He has been an active member of the Rotary Club in Burlington. Dr. Feldman and his wife, Eileen live in Burlington and have two adult sons.
Dr. Sherry Chan
Dr. Sherry Chan has helped people enjoy happy healthy smiles for over twenty years. At Burlington Family Dental, she has had the pleasure of working with wonderful patients and knowledgeable and caring doctors and staff. A fan of nature and science, she graduated from Cornell University with a major in Neurobiology. She earned her dental degree from Columbia University School of Dental and Oral Surgery. She then completed a one year residency program at Danbury Hospital in Connecticut. Affiliations include membership in the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the Middlesex Dental Society. Dr. Chan has also participated on the Board of the Women’s Dental Society of Massachusetts. Outside pursuits include dancing, playing music (piano), traveling, and most enjoyably, raising her three children with her husband Ken, a Pediatrician in the area.
Dr. Orla Baker
Dr. Orla Baker grew up in Illinois and received her Bachelor’s Degree from Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin where she majored in Biology with a minor in Mathematics. She then graduated Cum Laude from Boston University School of Dental Medicine in 2006. She remained at BU an additional year to complete a general dentistry residency. Since graduation, Dr. Baker has worked in Belmont and Somerville before arriving at Burlington Family Dental in 2012. She’s been proud to continue their tradition of kind, compassionate, and ethical dental care.
Dr. Baker’s primary interests in dentistry are restorative and cosmetic care. She is currently an active member of the American Dental Association, the Massachusetts Dental Society, and the Middlesex District Dental Society. Dr. Baker lives in Burlington with her three children. Her interests outside of dentistry include travel, reading, playing tennis, and spending time with her family.
